Situation
Unum, an insurance company that provides a full range of insurance products was taking another look at its sales incentive program. The company wanted to increase program participation and, as a result, overall sales performance. It also needed to expand its program, combine disparate rewards initiatives and transition the entire annual recognition program to an online system.
Solution
All Star helped Unum transform its annual recognition and sales incentive programs by creating a custom web-based solution using our proprietary online platform. We focused on expanding rewards, streamlining the various programs that Unum was using to reward employees, and moving it all from a series of offline programs to one simplified online system.
Results
More than 500 sales representatives across the United States and Canada participated in the restructured program. This solution simplified incentive management and streamlined the company’s rewards initiatives into one easy-to-use online interface. Unum employees were motivated with more than 1,000 new brand name awards to choose from.
