
Situation
Publicly held pharmaceutical company Endo sells, markets, researches and develops branded generic products for the treatment and management of pain. They came to All Star with a desire to motivate and reward their sales force to increase overall sales performance. Their goal was to create an online incentive program that was unique, motivating, rewarding, and fun.
Solution
All Star created a customized web-based incentive program for Endo using our proprietary online platform. More than 200 field sales representatives were enrolled in the program. We created a branded communications campaign designed to launch the program and keep the sales force engaged and informed throughout the life of the program.
Results
Final results are pending but sales are tracking higher.
