Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and flawless implementation by the All Star Incentive marketing team, the SafeOps Safety Incentive Program at C&S Wholesale Grocers has achieved its primary goal of successfully engaging employees in the overall safety efforts of the business.

I Have examined various other safety incentive programs and found them tp be administratively heavy and lacking adequate communication tools. Partnering with All Star has produced a fully customized solution that features the constant creative enhancements necessary to keep our 13,000 program participants engaged. In the first year, the SafeOps Safety Incentive Program was approximately 75% self funding based on reported incident reduction and the associated cost reductions. The calculation of the Return on Investment (ROI) that was developed to support the first year costs for the program was greatly enhance with metrics All Star provided regarding web site visits, employee interaction, and point redemption reporting.

Success couldn’t have been achieved without the well thought out scoping of the project in addition to the support from your creative department with the logo design, branding and marketing materials. The web site was not just attractive but also easy to navigate. The hard copy supporting materials for those employees who did not have access to the web made ordering rewards offline very easy. Your teams understanding of our business objectives as well as the tax issues were extremely important, and necessary to properly create the SafeOps program. Your development and presentation of the roll out materials via conference calls with the facility General Managers and other participants insured that the program rules and operating instructions were clearly communicated to our more than 40 facilities across the country.
