Lisa brings more than 25 years of technical support, customer support and account management in the technology and financial industries to her role. Since joining All Star as a program manager in 2005, she has managed several high-profile accounts within the casino industry, including Isle of Capri, Mohegan Sun, Twin Rivers and Newport Grand. She moved into a supervisory role as Senior Program Manager in 2008 and has managed significant growth within her department, established a formal training program for new hires, and spearheaded documentation of policies and procedures to enhance quality and performance. In 2009, Lisa also assisted in management of the manufacturer’s representative side of the business. Prior to joining the All Star team, Lisa also worked at Old Sturbridge Village as a museum educator and village interpreter. An avid walker and runner, and a self-described health nut, Lisa spends her time actively keeping up with her three children Sarah, Miranda and Ethan.
