With over a decade of marketing expertise specializing in end user and reseller channel marketing, Heidi Chatfield joined the All Star team in 2002 to increase awareness of All Star’s branded suite of incentive solutions. In 2008, Heidi was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Operations. Working from a consistent branded strategy built upon service excellence, she focuses on optimizing productivity and establishing standards for employee development to create a rewarding environment where people want to work.

Heidi is passionate about customer relationship management and remains engaged with the business strategies of All Star’s clients to ensure that their incentive programs successfully compliment corporate goals. Heidi is a graduate of La Salle University, where she majored in Marketing. She is an active Director on the board of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), has served as co-president of the Online Incentive Council (OIC), and is a member of the IMA Technology Task Force. When not working, Heidi can be found horseback riding, camping, and fishing with her husband.
