New Online Capabilities Strengthen All Star's Offerings.

Sturbridge, MA – All Star Incentive Marketing unveiled a series of new online capabilities today. Using the enhanced technology, All Star can now customize, build, and manage various traditional incentive programs entirely online. These dynamic online incentive programs mirror All Star's traditional off-the-shelf and custom programs while adding the benefits of convenience, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced, real-time communication. All Star's new online capabilities are divided into four main areas: (1) points-based incentive programs, (2) plateau level incentive programs, (3) e-commerce sites, and (4) product picking sites.

Points-based Incentive Programs
Points-based incentive programs are the online versions of All Star's standard, off-line points-based program, Choices. Online Choices allows participants to track their points online and redeem points for merchandise through secure, customized, online catalogs. The points based sites offer enhanced search features, custom program news section, a leader board, and automated order tracking.

Plateau Level Incentive Programs
Plateau Level incentive programs are the online equivalent to All Star's traditional Awards programs. Online Awards programs are designed to reward for years of service, reaching sales goals, or achieving higher safety levels. A participant in an online Awards program can select rewards from the appropriate levels and process the merchandise orders via customized online catalogs. Award winners can be notified and directed to the award site via custom email announcements. Program administrators manage the redemption process in real time.

E-commerce Sites
Customized e-commerce sites are primarily used for Logoed merchandise programs, and enthusiast catalogs. The logoed merchandise sites allow various companies to sell their branded products to salesforce, distributors, retailers, and consumers without the hassle of coordinating the production and distribution of their items; All Star handles every aspect of fulfillment for the companies. The enthusiasts programs allow companies to market and sell merchandise directly related to their core business to their customer base.

Product Picking Site
All Star's Value Added Resellers (VAR) and their clients' program managers use the multifaceted product picking site to choose merchandise from All Star's master list of products for use in their own online or off-line incentive programs. The site also allows resellers to download digital images, product descriptions, and pricing information on the products.

Brian Galonek, President of All Star, is excited about the positive response to All Star's online capabilities, "Our clients recognize that consumers have embraced the convenience of e-commerce and realize that online incentive programs are a natural next step in providing quality services to their target audiences." He added, "Providing dynamic online offerings to our diverse client base is simply in-line with All Star's solid reputation for innovative solutions."

All Star, headquartered in Sturbridge, MA, develops and implements national and regional salesforce and consumer incentives for such well-known companies as Duracell, Gillette, Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Nantucket Nectars, Honeywell and more.
