All Star’s Brian Galonek Named President of Online Incentive Council (OIC)
Sturbridge, MA – Brian Galonek, President of All Star Incentive Marketing, was voted new Board President of the Online Incentive Council (OIC) by its member companies. Voting took place on September 17th and the announcement was made to the industry at the 2003 Motivation show in Chicago. For the past two years, Galonek has served as Chairman for the Education Committee. Effective immediately, Galonek will replace Mike Arkes of Hinda Incentives as Board President.
The OIC welcomed Galonek into his new role with great enthusiasm. Paul Haynes, North American Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Globoforce, commented, “I am excited that Brian will be taking on this role. He has a deep understanding of the industry, and the challenges facing both our member companies and our clients. He will reinvigorate the efforts of the OIC to the benefit of all member companies.”
When asked about his new role, Galonek stated, “As Board President I will strive to ensure that the collaborative effort and expertise of OIC members will continue to increase the awareness of and preference for incentive programs among audiences that seek to inspire, reward and motivate employees, customers, and prospects.”
