All Star Incentive Marketing Releases a Technology Innovation to Complement Its Online Incentive Solution.
Sturbridge, MA – All Star Incentive Marketing, Inc. of Sturbridge, Massachusetts announces an industry innovation. All Star has created a new feature for their proven eChoice Levels plateau level solution. The new feature allows program participants to earn points, in the form of certificates or vouchers, incrementally throughout the life of a program. Participants can then combine the award codes listed on the certificates or vouchers and redeem them for the higher-level awards of their choice on an award website. eChoice Levels programs that use the new feature will be called eChoice Levels Combo.
Heidi Chatfield of All Star explains, “eChoice Levels Combo gives participants more award selection flexibility. Much like a points program, participants can save and combine points. eChoice Levels Combo, however, functions like a plateau program because participants are earning access to awards in higher prize levels.”
Chatfield continues, "with this new feature, certificates or vouchers are handed or mailed directly to participants. The tangible reward, together with face-to-face recognition, whenever possible, creates a much more engaging and memorable program for participants, and a more successful program for clients.
When combining certificates or vouchers on an award website, as the participant enters each award code, the value is automatically tallied and displayed on the screen. When the participant has entered enough points they are allowed to check out with their award(s). eChoice Levels Combo supports any “currency name” (points, miles, bucks, etc.), provides an online order tracking tool, captures mailing and emailing addresses, and allows survey questions. As with all of All Star’s solution features, an eChoice Combo award website can be completely customized with the clients’ logos, graphics, and messaging.
