The lineup is full of talent.

What started as a family business has grown substantially over the past thirty years. Today we have incentive marketing pros headlining our All Star team. Below we highlight our Senior Management.

Ed Galonek Sr.
CEO

Ed first became aware of the emerging premium industry in the 1960s, while working for the newly formed plastics division of Standard Oil. With a background in engineering and marketing, he was able to fully grasp both the design elements and incentive marketing potential that existed in this new "miracle material." Dunkin' Donuts became one of Ed's first customers, using plastic jugs and coolers in consumer premium programs.

In 1970, Standard Oil decided to relocate their Boston office to Chicago and Ed was forced to decide between either moving with the company or finding another job. By this time Ed and his wife, Ann, had three young boys. They chose not to move and, instead, Ed decided to fulfill his lifelong dream of starting his own business. He leased and renovated an old trolley station as the first location for his premium rep company, All Star Premium Products.

By 1980, All Star had outgrown the trolley station and Ed decided to purchase, renovate, and expand the building across the street. Over the years, All Star continued to add services and employees, including Ed and Ann's three sons: Gary, Brian, and Ed Junior. Ed continues to serve as the CEO of the company, now housed in a custom-built office, warehouse, and fulfillment facility completed in 1998. He is active in all areas of the business and his direction and insight help keep the company grounded as All Star continues to grow. Besides running All Star, Ed Sr. enjoys a good cigar, traveling with his wife, golfing, and spending time with his seven grandchildren.

Brian Galonek

Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Business, where he majored in marketing. In 2001, after working as an Account Manager for 13 years, Brian was named President, succeeding his father Ed Galonek Sr. Under Brian's leadership, All Star has developed an ever expanding suite of online incentive solutions. These web-based platforms have been widely adopted by existing and new clients and have proven instrumental in growing All Star's business. Other accomplishments as president include developing an active value added reseller network to drive incremental business and establishing All Star as a superior supplier within specific vertical industries. Brian is also an active member of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and has served as the President of the Online Incentive Council (OIC). Brian enjoys spending his free time with his wife Amy and their young sons, Cameron and Noah. In his spare time Brian serves as the Chairman of a Jimmy Fund committee that raises money to support the fight against cancer in children.
